Receiving your API Key for Alliance Laundry Systems

How Laundromat Owners Can Get Access to the Alliance API

To connect your laundromat with the Alliance API, there are a couple of steps that need to be completed before we can generate your API key.


Disclaimer: Access to the Alliance API requires the Speed Queen Gold subscription. Locations without this subscription tier will not be able to retrieve machine lists or complete the integration. Please confirm with Alliance that your store has Speed Queen Gold before proceeding.

Step 1: Contact Alliance

Laundromat owners must email digital.api@alliancels.com with the following information:

  1. Store name as displayed on Speed Queen Insights, Huebsch Command, IPSO Connect, or Primus iTrace
  2. Location PIN
  3. Email address used to log into Speed Queen Insights, Huebsch Command, IPSO Connect, or Primus iTrace
  4. A statement granting Wash-Dry-Fold POS permission to access your location(s) for the API

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Once Alliance receives your email, they will review your information. When approved, you will receive a confirmation from Alliance that your location is authorized for API access.

Step 3: We Create Your API Key

After you receive approval, our team will use the Alliance portal to generate your API key. This key will allow us to connect your account and enable the integration with Wash-Dry-Fold POS.

That’s it! Once we’ve created your key, we’ll let you know and confirm that everything is set up correctly.
