Logo

The Logo tab in the Account Settings allows you to upload a custom image that will appear on your customer receipts and printed invoices. This helps reinforce your brand identity and gives your business a polished, professional look.


Where to Find It:

  1. From the WDF POS main screen, click the gear icon on the far right.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Select the Logo tab from the left-hand menu

How to Upload Your Logo:

  1. Click the “Click to upload a logo image” box under the “New Logo Image” section.
  2. Choose a file from your computer (we recommend JPG or PNG format).
  3. Once selected, click the green “Save” button below to confirm your upload.
  4. Your new logo will appear in the Current Logo Image section after saving.
