Online Pickup & Delivery
This guide walks you through how to set up Online Pickup & Delivery in WDF POS.
Overview
To successfully enable Pickup & Delivery, you must complete two key steps:
- Create at least one Delivery Route
- Configure Online Delivery settings (MyLaundryOrder)
If routes are not created, customers will not be able to schedule pickups even if Online Delivery is enabled.
Step 1: Enable Pickup & Delivery
- Click the Gear Icon (top right)
- Go to Store Settings
- Select your store (if not already selected)
- Visit Delivery Routes
- Check Enable Pickup and Delivery Service

Step 2: Create Delivery Routes
Delivery routes define when you operate and how many orders you can handle.
Where to go
- Store Settings → Delivery Routes
What to configure
- Route Name (e.g., “Tulsa Route”)
- Days of Operation
- Start / End Times
- Max Stops per time slot
- Optional: Add multiple time slots per day
Service Area
- Add ZIP codes manually OR use ZIP Code Search
- This ensures only customers in your service area can book
Important
- You must create at least one route for delivery scheduling to work
- Routes control availability shown to customers

Step 3: Configure Online Delivery (MLO)
This is where you control customer-facing scheduling and settings.
Where to go
- Store Settings → Online Delivery
Key Settings
Customer Scheduling Link
- Your unique MyLaundryOrder link is generated here
- Add this to your website so customers can book
Contact Info
- Reply-to email
- Delivery phone number
Timing Controls
- Delivery Turnaround Time (hours)
- Minimum Pickup Notice (hours)
These settings determine what time slots customers can select.

- Display On-Demand Choices (for third-party delivery like DoorDash/Uber)
Step 4: Branding (Optional)
Customize your customer experience:
- Upload logo
- Set primary color (buttons/header)
- Set secondary color (text)
This affects your MyLaundryOrder page.
Step 5: Save & Go Live
Click Save on the Online Delivery page.
Your system is now live once:
- Routes are created
- Online Delivery is configured
- Your scheduling link is shared with customers or on your website.
How It Works (Quick Summary)
- Customer visits your MyLaundryOrder link
- Enters their ZIP code
- Sees available time slots based on your routes
- Schedules pickup & delivery
- Order appears in your POS Delivery page
- Route-based orders stay Pending until confirmed by staff
-
On-demand orders can auto-confirm via delivery providers
