Rewards Program

Customers will earn points for paid laundry orders, which can then be redeemed for coupon-like rewards on qualifying purchases. Reward items and their point costs are set up on the Inventory page.

Rewards Program Types (These can be changed by using the dropdown on the Rewards Program page):

• Dollars Spent: Points are earned from real money spent on a laundry order's subtotal (before tax), rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Store credit spent does not count towards points earned. 1 whole dollar spent = 1 point.
• New Orders: One point is earned for every laundry order paid at least partially with real money. Orders paid entirely with store credit do not count towards points earned. 1 paid laundry order = 1 point.
