Reinstalling JS Print Manager

JSPrintManager is the tool we use to connect your Wash-Dry-Fold POS system with essential peripherals like your label printer, cash drawer, and receipt printer. If you're seeing error messages, experiencing hardware issues, or notice that your printers and peripherals aren't responding, it’s possible that JSPrintManager has been removed, blocked, or is no longer running correctly.

Follow the steps below to reinstall JSPrintManager (Version 3):

Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

  1. Download the Installer

Click the link below to download the latest version we support (v3.0.21.601):

Download JSPrintManager v3.0.21.601

  1. Run the Installer

Locate the file you just downloaded (usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click it to begin installation. If prompted by Windows to allow the software to make changes to your device, select YES. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup.

  1. Verify Installation

Once installed, JSPrintManager should automatically start running in your system tray (bottom right of your screen near the clock). You may see a small printer icon.

  1. Restart Your Browser and POS Software

After installation, close and reopen your browser. Then relaunch Wash-Dry-Fold POS to re-establish connections with your printers and other hardware.

Add to Startup Folder

To ensure JSPrintManager runs automatically after your computer restarts, we recommend adding it to your Windows Startup Folder. Here's how:

  • Press WIN+R (that's the Windows key and R key) on your keyboard , type shell:startup , and press Enter or OK.
  • Copy the JSPrintManager shortcut from your desktop into this folder.

Just copy over the JS Print Manager application into this folder
