Submitting a Support Ticket
If you need assistance and can't find the answer you're looking for in the knowledge base, it's easy to submit a support ticket through our system!
Here's how to submit a ticket:
- Click the blue "Still need help?" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- A menu will pop up.
- Select "Submit a Support Ticket."
- Fill out the forms with as much detail as possible about your issue.
- Click Submit – and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible!
This is the quickest and easiest way to reach our team if you need help beyond what's available in our Help Docs or AI Answers as we do not have a direct support phone number.
