Timesheet Report
The Timesheet Report provides a detailed log of all time clock entries for your employees within a designated date range. It’s a useful tool for tracking hours worked, reviewing time clock activity, and managing payroll.
Key Features:
- View time clock entries for a specific date range
- Group entries either by employee or by calendar day
- Display totals as hours and minutes or decimal hours
Manual Edits & Additions:
- You can add new entries by clicking the blue “Add New Entry” button at the bottom of the report
- Edit or delete entries by clicking on a row that highlights in blue when hovered
- If an employee is still clocked in, the system will prompt you to clock them out before making edits
Make sure you click the "Save Edits" button on the Time Clock Correction popup when you are finished making changes to an entry!
Time Clock Correction Requests:
If an employee has submitted a correction request for a shift, a note will appear next to that entry to alert management. This makes it easy to review and adjust shifts accurately.
