Payment Processing & Terminal Settings

• CardPointe Credentials: Username, Password, Merchant ID, and Terminal SN should remain unchanged after the initial setup.
• Ping Button: Tests the connection between the credit card terminal and the Wash-Dry-Fold POS system.

Credit Card Tipping

• Enable Prompt Tip to allow customers to tip via credit/debit card.
• Configure three tip preset options (manual entry also available).
• Enable Pay Out Credit Card Tips as Cash from Till if attendants receive tips in cash instead of payroll.
• Click Save to finalize changes.
