Hardware

Most hardware settings are configured during the initial setup and should not be modified. If you experience hardware issues, submit a request via the Feedback Form within Wash-Dry-Fold POS.

Printer & Cash Drawer Configuration

Receipt Copies Setting: Adjust the default number of receipt copies printed. Typically set to 2 (one for the customer, one for store records).
Click the blue "Save Printer Settings" button after making changes.
