Editing and Disabling Employees

Editing Employee Details

  1. Click the green pencil icon in the Edit column.
  2. The "Add or Edit Employee" popup will appear with the selected employee's information already filled in.
  3. Modify the employee's information in the Edit Employee popup.
  4. Click Save when finished.



Disabling & Restoring Employees

Disabling an Employee

  1. Click the trash can icon in the Disable column.
  2. The employee’s PIN and store access will be removed but can be restored later.

Restoring an Employee

  1. Click the blue "Show Disabled Accounts" button above the employee list.
  2. Locate the employee and click the green circular arrow icon in the Restore column.
  3. The employee will be added back to the Current Employees list.
  4. Click the blue "Show Current Employees" button to return to the active employee list.
