Getting Started with Inventory Management

Accessing Inventory Management

To manage inventory, click the three-line menu icon in the upper left-hand corner of the page and select Inventory from the menu. You will be prompted to enter your administrative password.

If you manage multiple locations, use the dropdown list near the top of the Inventory page to select a store.

Viewing Inventory

• Switch between views:
• Click the green list icon to view inventory in list format.
• Click the green grid icon to view inventory in grid format.
• Grid View: Displays item buttons as they appear on the sales screen, allowing for easy drag-and-drop organization.
• List View: Shows inventory details, including Category > Department > Item structure and stock levels.
