Managing Equipment
Accessing Equipment Management
To manage equipment, click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select Manage Equipment from the menu. You will be prompted to enter your administrative password.
If you manage multiple locations, use the dropdown list near the top of the Equipment Setup page to select a store.
Adding & Editing Equipment Models
Adding a New Model
- Click the Models tab at the top of the Equipment Setup page.
- Fill in the following required fields:
- Machine Type (select from the dropdown list)
- Description (briefly describe the machine model)
- Optional fields:
- Model Number
- Start Price
- Top Off Amount (additional cost for hot water, extra wash, or dryer increase)
- Click the green "Save Model" button when finished.
- To cancel any changes, click the green "X" in the top-right corner of the popup.
Editing an Existing Model
- Select the model from the dropdown list at the top of the Add/Edit Machine Model popup.
- Modify the necessary fields.
- Click Save Model to confirm changes.
Adding Equipment
Adding a Range of Equipment
To add multiple machines of the same model in sequential order:
1. Enter the group’s information in the fields below the store selection dropdown.
2. If needed, enter a different top off amount for the group.
3. Click Save to add the range.
Adding a Single Machine
- Scroll to the bottom of each Machine Type list.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Position (single-digit positions should have a leading zero, e.g., 01, 02, 03)
- Model
3. Click Add to save the new machine.
Editing Equipment
Editing a Single Machine
- Click “Washers/Dryers Found. Click here to display them” at the top of the Machine Type list.
- Locate the machine entry and click the blue "Edit" button.
- Modify the necessary details.
- The Edit button will change to Save—click it to confirm the changes.
