Add Logo to Receipts (Epson)

Using Epson’s “TM-T20III Utility” program, you can add your laundromat’s logo to the top of every printed receipt. However, please note that these instructions are only valid for our Epson-brand receipt printers.

First, download and install the “TM-T20III Utility” program from this page. The download link is near the end of the list.

After installing, run “TM-T20III Utility” and add the receipt printer by clicking the Add Port button.

On the next screen, click the USB button. The receipt printer’s USB port should automatically be selected in the Port dropdown list. Click the Communication test button to check. If you receive a successful response, click the OK button.

You will be taken back to the printer selection screen. Select the printer and click the OK button to continue.

On the main screen, select Storing Logos under Basic Settings in the left sidebar menu. Click the Add button to select your logo image.

We recommend using a high-contrast version of your logo with a white background. If your image is too large, you will receive a warning message that the image will be resized to fit the receipt paper’s width; click the OK button to continue.

On the Logo Edit screen, adjust the Half toning, Brightness, and Density settings to your liking, then click the OK button to continue.

In the Select Mode for Storing Logo window, select the First Key-code Selection Mode option and check the box labeled “Automatically set the key-code for the logo to be stored.” Click the OK button to continue.

On the main screen, select Automatic Paper Cut under Basic Settings in the left sidebar menu. Choose the option labeled “Print logo when paper is cut.” If vertical space on the receipt is a concern, you may check the box labeled “Extra Uper Space Reduction”. Click the Set button when you are done.

You may now conduct a test print to see the logo on a receipt by selecting Operation Check in the left sidebar menu and then clicking one of the Print Test buttons.

Your logo will now print at the top of every receipt!
