Sorting and Tracking Orders

  1. Sorting the Order
    • Drag the order to the Sort column.
    • Tap the order to view notes or add a comment in the "Comments" tab (e.g., “Found $50 in the pocket”).
Drag the order over to the "Sort" column
Clicking on the "Comments" tab will allow you to make internal comments about the order
    • Starting the Wash
    • Drag the order to the Wash column.
    • Select the washers being used (e.g., Washer 7 & 8).
    • If the laundromat is coin-operated, the cash drawer will pop open when pressing Confirm to track cash withdrawals.
    • For card-based laundromats, the amount shown will match what was used on the employee’s card.
Select washers being used then hit the "Confirm" button
    • Moving to Drying
    • Drag the order to the Dry column.
    • The system will remind you of which washers were used.
    • Cross off used washers by tapping on them.
    • Select the dryers being used and press Confirm to log the cost.

    • Folding & Finishing the Order
    • Drag the order to the Fold column.
    • Once completed, move the order to the Done column.
    • If there are any remaining machines in use, the system will prompt a confirmation ("Yes, machines have been emptied”).
You will get a notification that the machines are still in use for that order and you must select "Yes, machines have been emptied" button

Notifying Customers & Printing Labels

  • If the customer has opted into text messaging, the system will prompt you to send a notification when the order is ready.
  • Select Schedule for Later to select a different time and date to notify the customer or select Send Text Message to notify the customer immediately.

  • Print labels for the order:
    • Enter the type and number of labels needed.
    • Click Print Label to generate labels for packaging.
In the example, we chose 2 bag labels and 1 hanging item label

Processing Customer Pickup

  1. Click the red Pickup button.
  2. Select the completed order from the list.
  3. Click Confirm Pickup, which:
    • Creates a timestamp for when the order was returned to the customer.
    • If the order was Pay at Pickup, it will take you to the payment screen for final payment.

The order tracking process is now complete!

On the pickup order screen, select the completed order.
Select "Confirm Pickup" button when order is returned to customer
