Loyalty Card Report

The Loyalty Card Add Value/Refund Report helps you track any funds added to or refunded onto loyalty cards in your Wash-Dry-Fold POS system.

What It Shows:

This report includes:

  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Employee who performed the action
  • Amount added or refunded
  • Customer (if applicable)
  • Type of transaction (Add Value or Refund)

Filter Options:

On the right-hand side of the report, you can use the Transaction Type filter to:

  • View only Refunds
  • View only Add Value transactions
  • Or show All activity

Use Cases:

  • Auditing loyalty card balances
  • Tracking promotional value added to cards
  • Monitoring refund activity via loyalty cards
  • Ensuring correct employee usage of the loyalty card system

This report is especially useful for managers who want to maintain accountability and ensure accuracy with stored value systems.
