Loyalty Card Report
The Loyalty Card Add Value/Refund Report helps you track any funds added to or refunded onto loyalty cards in your Wash-Dry-Fold POS system.
What It Shows:
This report includes:
- Date and time of the transaction
- Employee who performed the action
- Amount added or refunded
- Customer (if applicable)
- Type of transaction (Add Value or Refund)
Filter Options:
On the right-hand side of the report, you can use the Transaction Type filter to:
- View only Refunds
- View only Add Value transactions
- Or show All activity
Use Cases:
- Auditing loyalty card balances
- Tracking promotional value added to cards
- Monitoring refund activity via loyalty cards
- Ensuring correct employee usage of the loyalty card system
This report is especially useful for managers who want to maintain accountability and ensure accuracy with stored value systems.
