Production Report

The Production Report gives you an in-depth look at how much laundry each employee has processed through the Order Tracker over a set period of time. It’s a great way to track productivity and credit card tip allocation (if enabled).

What It Tracks:

• Order count per employee
• Dollar value of processed orders
• Total pounds and pieces handled
• Credit card tips (if tips are enabled and report is filtered by Paid Date)

Note: This report is not based on when the laundry was dropped off or paid for — it’s based on when production credit was assigned.

How Production Credit Is Assigned

• The employee who marks an order as “Done” is automatically assigned 100% of the production credit.

  You can manually assign production credit to other employees by going to the Production Log tab of the Order Details popup.

  If multiple employees are assigned, the order’s:

  • Total value
  • Pounds
  • Pieces
  • Tips

are evenly divided among the employees.

Viewing Individual Orders

Click the gray triangle next to any employee’s name to view a breakdown of the individual orders that contributed to their totals. This makes it easy to verify accuracy and ensure fairness in tip distribution or bonuses.
