Inventory

The Inventory Report in WDF POS provides a combined view of your retail inventory levels and sales performance for tracked items.

What This Report Shows:

1. Items Sold

   • Displays all inventory items sold within a selected date range.

     Includes:

     • Item Name
     • Store location
     • Number Sold

     • Subtotal, Tax, and Total for each item

       Tracked Inventory

       Shows current stock levels for each tracked item in your inventory.

       Includes:

     • Item Name
     • SKU
     • Store location
     • Current quantity in stock

Filters and Options:

• Date Range: Set start and end date to define your reporting window.

  Sort Options:

  • Sort sold items by name, SKU, or quantity sold (ascending/descending)
  • Sort inventory levels by name or stock level (ascending/descending)
• Store/Employee Filters: Narrow the report down to a specific store or employee (optional)

This report is great for monitoring retail sales trends, identifying bestsellers, spotting stock shortages, and managing your reordering process.
